NY08NE 8 c. 090 858.
An urn, ornamented round the top, and containing human remains, was turned up from about 6in. below the surface, in a field on Burrance Farm in 1871. It fell to pieces on being moved.

There is no local knowledge of this discovery and no evidence of a burial mound in the vicinity of Burrance Farm.
