Information from M E C Stewart, 20 November 1962.
NN 9046 6722. These two hut circles are formed by earth banks now greatly reduced. The western circle, 8.5m in diameter, has a well- defined entrance in the south. The other, oval in shape, measures 9.0m NW-SE by 7.0m transversely, with a probable entrance in the SSE.
Surveyed at 1/2500.
Visited by OS (WDJ) 29 September 1967
The W hut-circle is a ring-ditch house. The E hut-circle may also have a ring-ditch, but the remains are too slight to be certain.
